Hi I have a tall pine tree that has bagworms. I have been told that the chemicals won't work at this time of the year. I have also been told that because it is over 20 feet tall, an expert has to do this. what should I do now to take care of my tree? Thanks

The information you were given is accurate.
However, you can and should remove as many of the bags as you can safely reach and put them in the trash. You could also hire someone to do so now and they may be able to reach them all.
