The plant with the flowers looks like
Catharanthus roseus, Madagascar periwinkle, annual vinca.
The foliage plants looks like Coleus. We cannot identify the plant that looks damaged.

Take a look at the link from the ASPCA for plants toxic to dogs. Coleus is on the list. Not sure about the annual vinca. As far as how toxic and for more information, we suggest you talk with your vet or call the ASPCA poison hotline. You can also move the container out of reach of the dog.
