Alocasia dragon scale yellowing

Asked August 25, 2019, 4:34 PM EDT

I have an alocasia dragon scale which recently started yellowing around the edge of the leaves with some yellow spotting on two of three leaves. I have it in an airy well draining soil, by a humidifier, in an East facing window with a sheer curtain to filter light. I also fertilize with all purpose fertilizer. Any thoughts what it could be?

This does not look like a disease or insect issue. We cannot get a handle on the actual color. The photo may show some reflected light.
Here is some information on proper care. Also take a look at the photo as there is some yellowing and this may be normal https://flatwithplants.com/blog/alocasia-dragon-scale-plant-care
Monitor the health of the plant and you can send us photos if you notice more
symptoms.
