Invasive grass

This grass is invading my lawn and I would like to know what I can do to eliminate it.

This looks like Japanese Stilt Grass an annual grass that is highly invasive but can be controlled by hand pulling if the area is small and applying a pre-emergent herbicide in the spring to suppress seed germination. regular mowing of mature plants will keep it from going to seed.
