Recanning jam that did not set
My daughter and I made 2 batches of jam, one berry, one peach using liquid pectin that did not set. We do NOT want to recan the jam using the liquid pectin again. Can we redo the batches using a powdered pectin and if so, we need directions on how to accomplish it. Thank you so much. Barbara Grimes
