Could you give me the textbook definitions for the following:
Native Vegetation
Live ground cover

Adams County Colorado

I'm not a lawyer but I can tell you what these mean in horticultural context.

Native vegetation- Plants whose native range overlaps with a given site.

This is a really tricky term though. For example, Cottonwoods are native to Colorado but they would have grown along rivers, streams and lakes not on the drier grasslands. So, while they were native to the Front Range they were not native to all of it.

Live Ground Cover- This generally refers to any living, low-growing, dense, spreading plant.
