Plants flowering but no fruits. Chinese long beans don’t grow and extend on sticks. No flowers and beans?

Hi- be patient with the pumpkins. The plant must have open male and female flowers on the same day, and pollinating insects to move the pollen from female to male flower, before fruits will form.

If the long beans are growing in deep, fertile soil and are receiving adequate moisture they should grow well this time of year. You may need to train them at first onto poles or sticks but once started they will twine around on their own.

Pumpkins are male with flowers but no female flowers.
Long beans are growing but failing to shot out their extensions.
