Is this serviceberry, pre-berry phase?
This was found in Anchorage in a more moist site.

Hi, this is most likely spirea (Spiraea stevenii), which prefers moist sites, is distributed throughout Alaska and common in tundra, swamps, black spruce muskegs, and forests. Spirea fruits are pods arranged in groups of usually five, each containing 2 or more seeds.
