Japanese Stiltgrass has gotten into my flowers and lawn. What’s the best thing to do. The lawn is kept short. I have tried pulling it out of the flowers. Is there anything I can put on the flowers that won’t kill them? What should I put on the lawn?

Japanese stiltgrass has been a big problem this summer. Pull it out of your flower beds then apply 2-3 inches of mulch to the newly weeded area.
The following information from our website will help manage it in your lawn. A pre-emergent can be applied next March to help prevent it from germinating.
