Apple trees brown leaves falling early

2nd year tree looks to be dying it's my most productive tree brown leaves started falling last month top of tree look healthy most fruit is falling off dont think it's blight. Looks to be affecting the next closest tree belive they are northern spies apples

Without seeing a picture of the tree and the foliage, I will have to make an educated guess. I think it is probably apple scab. It is a very common fungal disease that causes early leaf drop and discoloration of the fruit. There are varieties of apples that are more resistant to it. If deemed necessary, fungicide treatments are applied in the spring when new foliage is emerging. It cannot be treated now. This link has more information.
