I have a recipe for French silk pie that has an ingredient frozen egg product that has been thawed. I am assuming this would be the same as egg beaters from the dairy case at my local market. This is an unbaked pie and the egg beaters are pasteurized. Is this saf to use?

You are correct about being able to use liquid egg products purchased from the dairy case.
From a food safety standpoint, the USDA states that you can use a pasteurized egg product in an uncooked food item such as your pie. They do, however, caution that egg products are "best used in a cooked product" for high-risk persons, which includes children under 5, pregnant women, older adults, and individuals with weakened immune symptoms.
