Monarch butterfly house

Asked July 26, 2019, 2:50 PM EDT

I am looking for an outdoor butterfly house in which to raise monarchs. I understand the importance of raising them outdoors and wish to make it as safe as possible for the caterpillars. I am aware of some of the features that would be helpful, but before I go about designing something from the ground up, I wanted to see what might already be available in terms of houses or plans.
Can anybody help me, please?
Thank you.

It is a fascinating endeavor raising Monarchs. Here is an excellent link for you,

Please do not neglect the importance of habitat in your garden and neighborhood. Having milkweed planted as well as a number of plants like zinnia, verbena, echinacea, which all serve as nectar sources for adults.

Good luck with you project!
