Had a perfectly blooming hydrangea last year. This year it is stunted and the leaves are deformed and hard to the touch. No blooms whatsoever. Any idea what might be going on here?

Thank you for your question. The most common cause of this type of abnormal growth and plant stunting is the unintended application of a sprayed herbicide.
