Green beans are processed pints 20 minutes and quarts 25 minutes. 10 pounds pressure for weighted gauges and 11 for dial gauges. If you live above 1000 feet elevation you need to adjust pressure for weighted gauge to 15# and over 2000ft. increase pressure for dial gauge to 12 pounds.
