My small wisteria plants are at least 5 years old. Very little growth. They are planted near tall arborvitae trees. Should I amend the soil with bone meal? Should I move them to another location? At age 69 I would like to see them eventually bloom.

Wisteria typically require 3-5;years to bloom. Bone meal in the spring is beneficial so is fertilizer. https://homeguides.sfgate.com/long-before-wisteria-plant-blooms-first-time-69737.html
