I think the top plant (Asclepias tuberosa) has Milkweed yellows phytoplasma, and possibly the plant in the second and third photo as well (Asclepias incarnata). Could you please confirm, and maybe give me some more information about it? I've read that the treatment is to dig the plant up to stop it from spreading, so I want to be sure before I remove the swamp milkweed (A. incaranata).

Can't know for sure from this vantage point. Read more here (if you haven't already): https://monarchlab.org/?/resources-links/blog/milkweed-yellows-phytoplasma
Removal of the questionable plant might be prudent at this time, while watching the rest closely for symptoms. Get a diagnosis for a small fee by sending a plant sample to Diagnostic Services: https://pestid.msu.edu/
