Hydrangea don't bloom

I have a hydrangea that doesn't Bloom never been pruned just getting the dead bark out after the leaves came out It has bloomed couple of times after that no some could it be root bounded I have two others one on each side they are bigger and blooming I have placed coffee or tea grounds around it still nothing so what I need to do to get it bloom
