Can I trim the neabors tree limbs that interfer in my cutting grass. They are evergreens and are 3 feet from the ground, trimming about two feet from trunk. thank you

Just be aware that some evergreens (e.g., Leyland cypress) will not grow new foliage if you are pruning into bare stems.
