Strawberry Leaf Damage

I have a one year old row of strawberry plants and a newly planted row of strawberry plants (this spring) that have both developed small holes in the leaves (1/8 to 3/8 inch dia). There appear to be No insects eating the leaves. Is this some sort of fungi? If so, is there a spray or powder to reduce or eliminate this? Thank you.

Without seeing the damage it is hard to determine what may be doing this. Would it be possible to send a photo? Two culprits to consider are cabbage loopers and slugs. Bt can be used on cabbage loopers and a non-toxic slug bait for snails. Check out the following link:
