measuring moisture removal from fuelwood

Asked June 30, 2019, 12:42 PM EDT

I am experimenting with the use of forced, sun-heated air to remove moisture from fuelwood chips. How can I obtain the weight of the moisture removed, to evaluate the effectiveness of the process? The humidity level and temp. of the heated input air and cooled output air can be monitored, but how can this be translated into raw weight of water?
