What to do with a Colorado rose that is no longer bloomed?

Asked June 27, 2019, 9:16 PM EDT

Once a colorado rose has bloomed and the rose is gone ....how to I take care of it?
Do I leave it? or do I cut it at the stem? I want it to bloom or have other buds and not sure how I take care of it. Thank you for your answer.
