Please identify 'Weed #2' in Fulton, MD

I am finding this plant popping up in many places along my road frontage in full sun and in shade along neighbor's driveway. Could you please identify it? Thank you. I have not seen any flowers on it yet, but it is growing fast.

This looks like common ragweed. It is the one that blooms in the fall and causes allergies for some. The flowers are not noticeable but since it blooms at the same time as the lovely yellow Solidago/Goldenrod, that plant is accidently blamed for it.
