Is it safe to plant outdoor flowers in a plastic planter that has NO drainage hole? If so, how?

Thank you for your question. The short answer is “NO!” No drainage means your plant—regardless of species—is likely to have ‘root rot,’ one of a variety of soil fungi which will infect roots and move to stems, leaves and flowers, and eventually kill the plant.
