fungicide dose

Hello, My EUONYMUS SHRUB I believe has a fungus.It starts out as a white powdery substance of little balls and turns leaves black.The information I was reading states to consult a Cooperative Extension to see which fungicides are currently available as well as application rates and timing. Can you please send us photos of the symptoms you are seeing on your Euonymus? There are several insect pest problems that occur in Euonymus, so it might not be a fungal disease.
