Hello, I have a small Apple orchard and have noticed some of the trees forming small holes in the leaves and orange spots . I can’t seem to find a exact match online of what our trees have. Thanks! -kit

Jackson County Michigan apple diseases apple trees holes in leaves hail damage

You are probably not going to lie this answer but that does not look like any apple disease. Insect feeding usually leaves pretty distinct markings too. That does not look like any specific insect or disease but the tattered leaves are familiar.
I think that is just a physical injury, probably a little bit of hail mixed in with one of our frequent stroms. The leaves were torn and the edges have dried out turning brown
