fly predators vs fly eliminators vs fly stoppers
Are there differences between these varieties? Does one work better than another in our area? Do any of them work at all? We have horses and trying to minimize if not eliminate for their health, your assistance and guidance before I purchase is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
There are multiple strategies to rid horse facilities of flies. One is to eliminate breeding sites, which means not allowing stacked manure nearby, cleaning corrals and stalls thoroughly once a week, and checking to make sure there are not wet sites that are attractive to flies. There are several ideas, including insecticides to use, in this guide:

As far as predator insects -- take a look at this guide for recommended species to use for different flies. https://entomology.ca.uky.edu/ef502
