Can you ID this pear type?

It was here when I moved in. Drops fruit in fall. So not sure what type. This year fruit is prolific so I am hopeful

Thank you for reaching out. It would be very difficult to tell you what variety this is from just the pictures. Common varieties are Bartlet Pear (which may be the same that you sent in) and other Asian varieties such as Pyrus pyrifolia 'Niitaka', etc.
Generally, all pear trees operate in a similar fashion and may vary a little bit depending on the variety. Meaning they may taste different, flower at different times and potentially have varying fruit shapes.
