Who made these holes?

We saw this row of 5 holes in our fringe tree. (indicated by the arrows). We also saw these older ones a little higher up on the tree. Are they made by a woodpecker?

The rows of holes are the signature of sapsuckers. No cause for alarm. The random holes are woodpeckers. Here is information about them: https://extension.umd.edu/hgic/topics/woodpeckers-and-sapsuckers
