Where can I get my soil tested? How much does it cost? Can someone explain the results and implications?

Here is our soil testing page: https://extension.umd.edu/hgic/topics/soil-testing

You'll see a video about how to collect your soil sample, what to test for, and also a list of soil testing labs in our region (UMD does not have a lab.)

Tests generally cost about $10-12. You will see the price when you go to the website of the lab.
Get a basic test done. It will tell you the pH level (how acid or base) and the levels of primary nutrients. Then it will give you recommendations for lime, if the soil is acid, and fertilizers.
We will be glad to help you understand your test results.
