Deer resistant evergreen hedge
Deer will sample just about anything that is new in the environment. No matter what you plant, it will be a good idea to protect it until it is big enough to withstand some deer damage with fencing or repellents.
You did not mention the site sun or shade and the mature height and width of the plants. For sun consider American holly, Dragon Lady hollies, junipers, and chamaecyparis. Deer usually leave schip laurel alone.
