Hello, I planted several of these a few years ago and I forget what they’re called. They’ve spread throughout my gardens. Can you tell me what this is?

After discussion with colleges it appears that you have one of the 2000 varieties of euphorbia. The variety is difficult to determine as their are so many but may be euphorbia neriifolia which can grow to be a shrub or tree. The plant is deer resistant, drought and heat tolerate ands low maintenance. When the stem is cut it will produce a white sticky sap which is a string irritant and poisonous.
