uprooted coral bells

It is spring time and I have determined that my coral bells are all uprooted. What is the best way to handle these plants now.

If the plants are still green, replant immediately. Water. They made survive. It will depend upon how dried out the roots are.

If the leaves turn brown and the entire plant is dry, they are dead and should be replaced.
