Is there a natural population of mason bees in Madras Oregon?

Thanks for your question. In order to have a population of native bees, there need to be plants needing pollination at the same time that the mason bees emerge from their cocoons. While their predominance is higherin the Hood River and Western Oregon areas where there are orchards, some overwinter in Central Oregon.
