Creeping charlie

Asked March 26, 2019, 1:48 PM EDT

I have lots of creeping Charlie in my backyard. Just moved in last fall. Should I re sod or try to kill it? I don’t want to use much chemicals. The lawn is covered in it.

Creeping Charlie is an annual weed. The most effective way to be rid of it is to pull it, and stay on top of it throughout its active growing season, which unfortunately, begins in mid to late spring and continues through frost.
