Allergen Storage in a Bakery
is there scientific evidence that nuts, seeds and other allergens stored in air tight sealed containers such as tupperware or rubbermaid (or other sealed food service approved containers) are hazardous or deemed contaminants to other non allergens below or on the same shelf as those which are not considered allergens?
