Pea Soup

Is it possible to home can Mollie Katzen's Best Split Pea Soup from The Moosewood Cookbook? If it is possible at what pressure and for how long for cups, pints, and quarts? Also if it is possible to can it, would it also be possible to can it as a completely pureed soup and would that change pressure and time? Thank you

We only recommend research based tested recipes for canning. The only tested recipe I can recommend for split pea soup is the one from the Ball Blue Book (see below). I actually have made it and it is tasty.
