Last year while harvesting some Mount Royal plums,I noticed some small holes in the skin. Upon further examination,i found tiny white worms.What are they and how do I control them.? The plums were awesome ..

Thank you for your question. Based on your description, I suspect the issue is Plum curculio. See link below. If after reading this information you feel this is not the issue, I recommend you take a sample of the infested fruit into the Master Gardener Help Desk (El Paso County Extension) and ask for assistance with an ID.
