best hay seed?
We have a 2 acre, Woodburn , silty loam field that a neighbor spread a lot of horse manure compost on several inches thick (like mulch). What would be the best things to seed it with? Clover? Alfalfa? wildflowers for pollinators?

Thanks for your question. What are your goals for the field - grazing pasture, hay for animal feed, meadow for pollinator habitat?
Here is a publication to get you started:

The Xerces Society is a local resource on establishing pollinator meadows. They work closely with the NRCS and local Soil and Water Conservation Districts.
Let me know your goals for the field and I will give you relevant resources.
