Rotted pecan

My tree produces dark roted pacan. What can I treat the tree wuth to solve this problem? My tree us a soft shell pecan tree.

Possible causes for the rot includes:

Insect Feeding Damage • Fungal or Bacterial Pathogen • Phosphite Toxicity • Nutrient Element Toxicity • Herbicide Damage • Pollination Associated Latent Pathogen • Water-stage Fruit Split & Bacterial Interaction

Lack of sufficient water during the nut filling stage will lead to poorly-filled nuts, poor nut quality and increased alternate bearing.

For a homeowner there is not much you can do for fungal sprays.
