Canning Spaghetti Squash??
The National Center for Home Food Preservation has this instruction: Do Not Can spaghetti squash. Its flesh does not stay cubed during processing. (This means that it would pack down in the jars during processing and heat could not fully penetrate the squash.)

Some people find that freezing the squash is acceptable, but others have not. I would freeze a small amount and see if it is acceptable.
