Smoked turkey reheat time and temp
I would assume that you are talking about a fully cooked smoked turkey. The big issue is not to over heat it because it will become dry.
I would suggest that you place it in a baking pan breast side down on a rack if possible. I like to put a little chicken broth in the bottom of the pan as well. Then you can lightly oil the bird or spray with cooking spray to keep the skin moist. Cover with a tent of foil and place in a preheated 325 degree F. oven. Cook approximately 5-10 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 140 degree F. Remove from oven and let rest at least 10 minutes before cutting.
You can also cut the bird into pieces and place them on a rack and reheat. sometimes this will result in a more moist bird.
