Can you tell what kind of tree this is? And plant—two shots of same plant.

Your first photo looks like a type of ornamental cherry tree, perhaps a Kwaanzan.
The second and third photo show Winged Euonymus (Euonymus alatus), also known as Burning Bush.
Burning bush has become an invasive plant in our area that seeds itself (via birds who eat the seeds) into other locations, including wild areas.
