Canning pickled gizzards for the shelf

Do I have to hot bath or pressure can the pickled gizzards for the shelf and if so for how long. I also would like to know the same for pickled eggs. I really don't want to store them all in the refrigerator.

Hi follow this link for the only information I could find for canning gizzards. This is the only safe, tested recipe I could find, but it does not have you pickling the gizzard. https://foodsafety.wisc.edu/assets/preservation/B3345_Meats_08.pdf (Page22)

For pickling, your best option would be refrigerating or freezing the pickled gizzards. Please don't hesitate to contact us with further questions.
