Canning pickled gizzards for the shelf

Do I have to hot bath or pressure can the pickled gizzards for the shelf and if so for how long. I also would like to know the same for pickled eggs. I really don't want to store them all in the refrigerator.

Hi follow this link for the only information I could find for canning gizzards. This is the only safe, tested recipe I could find, but it does not have you pickling the gizzard. (Page22)

For pickling, your best option would be refrigerating or freezing the pickled gizzards. Please don't hesitate to contact us with further questions.
