are fermenting pickles bad
I used a simple vinegar solution for pickling some sliced kirby cukes and immediately put them into the fridge. Now 4 - 6wks later I ate one, yum, but my husband noticed that there was some fizz ( just a little) in the jar and we panicked. I was able to find nothing on the web about that fizz and so perhaps you might enlighten us both.
