I understand catnip can be a tea for humans. My cat is eager to eat his share. What growing conditions are best? I have a glass enclosed porch what receives my geraniums for the winter.

Catnip is in the mint family, notorious for its rampant growth. It will need as much sun as you can give it. Moist well-drained soil, but not sodden.
