Hoe long do I water bath grape juice in quart jars @ 2000ft elv?

Juices need to go into hot jars, at least simmering hot. Then they only need 10 minutes of processing for pints or quarts, or 15 minutes for half gallons at 2000 feet. (Just 5 and 10 minutes under that elevation) Fruit juices are the only item we have half-gallon jar processing times for, just in case you have large jars and a big enough canner.
That short processing time does count on the juice being hot as it goes into the jars.
