Canning processing time
I have canning recipes for peppers, but would like to can them in 1/4 pint (4oz) jars. My recipe processing time is for 1/2 pint jars. (13 lbs pressure for 25 minutes) Is there a way to determine how long to process smaller jars in a pressure canner?

Great question. You would process the 1/4 pint jars for the same psi and time for your elevation as you would the 1/2 pint jars. For all 1/4 pint jars with whatever the product is you use the same time as with 1/2 pints.
