How do i keep the preserves from having that brownish color after setting for awhile. Want to keep that bright color. Thank you very much you guys are great

My suggestion is that you use a recipe that has lemon juice in it. Filling the jars leaving only 1/4 inch head space helps to keep the top lighter color and the final suggestion is to store in a dark cook place. Light will also aid in browning.
Generally a larger head space plus light will turn the peach preserve darker. Also recipes that do not have lemon juice in them tend to darken faster.
