I live north of Bemidji MN - forecast is 29 and 28 for the next couple of days - will covering my tomato, banana pepper and pepper plants with blankets and plastic keep them from damage? also a lot of my spaghetti squash and pumpkins are still green - should I cover them or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated - I donate most of my garden to the shelter - yet most of what is left in the garden is not ripe yet - Thank you for your input

Covering them and if it doesn’t go below 28 and they will probably survive. If the temps drop to 26 F blankets will not be enough. It is a very frustrating time of year. I have a plot of pumpkins I try to keep growing until Halloween, this year is not looking very promising.
