If you want to get new boxwoods, we recommend that you contact a landscaper and get the plants from them. The plants should be licensed and registered from Production nurseries participating in the Boxwood Blight Cleanliness Program in MD. This program adheres to strict management practices that minimize the chance of introduction of boxwood blight to their nurseries.
Here is a publication from Virginia Tech with a list of boxwoods susceptible to boxwood blight http://pubs.ext.vt.edu/content/dam/pubs_ext_vt_edu/PPWS/PPWS-29/PPWS-29-pdf.pdf
